How do I cancel my subscription?
Ohaeng subscriptions are managed through your app store account, not inside the app.
- iPhone / iPad: Go to Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > select Ohaeng > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Ohaeng > Cancel.
Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request full account deletion in two ways:
- Visit our Account Deletion page and follow the instructions.
- Email support@ohaeng.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days.
How do I change my birth information?
You can update your birth date, birth time, and gender at any time:
- Open Ohaeng and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- Update your information and save.
Your wellness analysis will automatically recalculate based on the updated information.
What happens to my Face Reading photos?
Photos submitted for Face Reading analysis are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of submission. We never store, share, or use face images beyond the immediate analysis you requested.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
If you reinstall Ohaeng or switch devices:
- Open Ohaeng and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.
The app isn't loading or crashes on startup.
Try these steps in order — most issues clear with the first or second:
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store or Google Play.
- Restart your device.
